“If you’ve met one person with autism, you’ve met one person with autism.”

Be Kind To Us
Many people don’t know about autism, which is why it’s so important to spread awareness. It can be difficult for individuals who do not understand autism or its symptoms to comprehend why an individual with the disorder is reacting how they are during a meltdown. Autistic children may seem like they aren’t trying hard enough, but it is extremely tiring and frustrating for them when their bodies won’t cooperate with what their brain wants them to do . The most important thing that everyone needs to remember is that no two cases of autism are exactly alike; each person has their own triggers and experiences meltdowns differently. Either way, people with autism need patience and understanding because they truly can’t help themselves.
